Naturacha – Shipping Policy

1. Overview
Naturacha ships only domestic natural, perishable food products (honey, saffron, zeera, etc.) sold on our Marketplace. Because these items are minimally processed and often temperature‑sensitive, we use packaging and carriers that preserve freshness while complying with Indian regulations. By placing an order you agree to the terms set out below.
2. Order Processing
Stage - Typical Timeframe*
Order Confirmation (email / SMS receipt) - Immediate (within minutes)
Quality & Packing Check - 1–2 business days
Dispatch to Courier - within 3 days of packing if the dispatch deadline (5 pm IST) is met; otherwise next business day
*Processing times may extend during peak seasons (festivals, holidays) or when a product is sourced from a remote farm. We will notify you by e‑mail if a delay exceeds 48 hours.
3. Shipping Methods & Rates (Domestic Only)
Destination - Carrier(s) Used - Current Shipping Cost
All Indian PIN codes (including metros, tier‑2 & tier‑3 cities) - Blue Dart, Delhivery, India Post Speed Parcel - Flat ₹100 per order (regardless of weight or distance)
Remote Indian locations (e.g., Ladakh, Andaman & Nicobar Islands) - India Post Registered Parcel + local courier - Flat ₹100 per order (same as above)
Note: The flat ₹100 rate is applied automatically at checkout. We keep this rate low to help you receive natural products affordably. We reserve the right to adjust shipping fees in the future (e.g., due to fuel price changes, carrier tariff revisions, or regulatory updates). Any change will be reflected on the checkout page before you complete a purchase, and we will announce significant adjustments on our website and via e‑mail.
4. Packaging for Perishable Goods
Honey & Syrups – Sealed in tamper‑proof, glass jars, placed inside corrugated box.
Saffron & Zeera – Stored in airtight, food‑grade glass bottle / kraft pouches with a foil inner liner, then boxed in a double‑wall carton.
Temperature‑Sensitive Items – No refrigerated transport is used; therefore we advise customers to refrigerate honey after opening for prolonged freshness.
All packages bear a “Handle with Care – Perishable Food” label to alert couriers.
5. Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via e‑mail / SMS (if a mobile number is provided).
Tracking is live on the carrier’s portal.
If the tracking status does not update for more than 72 hours, please contact us (see § 9).
6. Delivery Exceptions
Situation - How It’s Handled
Recipient unavailable (no one to receive) - Courier leaves a “delivery attempt” notice; you may schedule a redelivery or pick‑up at the nearest depot (additional charge may apply).
Incorrect address (typo, missing details) - We will attempt correction once; if the carrier cannot deliver, the package is returned to us, and you will be charged a re‑dispatch fee of ₹150.
Force Majeure (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic‑related lockdowns) - Shipping may be delayed beyond our control. We will keep you informed and, if the delay exceeds 14 days, you may request a full refund or order cancellation.
7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Packages
Report within 48 hours of the delivery date by emailing support@naturacha.com with order number, tracking ID, and a brief description of the issue.
We will open an investigation with the carrier (normally resolved within 7‑10 business days).
If the carrier confirms loss or irreparable damage, we will either:
Resend the same product(s) at no extra cost or issue a full refund (including shipping) to the original payment method.
Note: Damage caused by mishandling after delivery (e.g., dropping the package) is not covered.
8. Restrictions
PO Boxes / Mail‑Only Addresses – Not supported; a physical address is required.
Bulk Orders > 30 kg – Require prior approval from our logistics team; contact support@naturacha.com for a custom freight quote.

10. Changes to This Policy
Naturacha may amend this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect operational, regulatory, or logistical changes. Revised versions will be posted on our website with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
